This PowerPoint download contains 7 different summer themed games and activities designed to get your ESL students to speak up and practice their spoken English skills.
These games are all aimed at beginner level (A1-B1) English students - each game requires learners to explain, describe, conversate or persuade in English. Inside you will find some 'would you rather?' questions, role plays, scenarios/situation questions and out one out activities. There are also two games that focus on synonyms and compound words.
This game is design to be flexible so you have the option of playing this as a whole class activity, dividing your class into teams or playing together with a 1:1 English tutoring class. You could use this PowerPoint on a screen in a physical classroom or online via online teaching platforms such as Outschool, Koala or Zoom.
